My journey into innovation has never been about buzzwords or trends—it's been about building real bridges. Between cultures. Between industries. Between the boldest ideas and the systems that bring them to life. And increasingly, between innovation and the capital that fuels it. For over two decade, I've lived and worked at the intersection of two powerhouse innovation cultures: Japan and Israel. I speak fluent Japanese and have had the privilege to collaborate closely with some of Japan's most respected corporations—spanning consumer goods, retail, automotive, advanced materials, finance, and digital transformation. I've also partnered and invested in leading startups and venture builders in Israel, where agility, resourcefulness, and bold thinking fuel daily breakthroughs. Through this unique positioning, I've witnessed firsthand how innovation and venture capital are inseparable forces. The best ideas need not just strategy, but also smart capital deployment, strategic investment partnerships, and robust portfolio management.
